NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (AP) - A grand jury has cleared police officers of wrongdoing in the December death of a North Platte man during a standoff.
The North Platte Telegraph reports (https://bit.ly/1kseXDF) that Lincoln County grand jury came to the decision Tuesday in the death of 27-year-old Jesse Hornbacher.
