ATLANTA (AP) - A broken water main break that led crews to close an Atlanta intersection has once again begun leaking, prompting the closure of DeKalb Avenue before dawn on Friday.
WSB-TV reported (https://bit.ly/1jbUK2I) that water was flowing across the busy thoroughfare on the city’s east side around 5 a.m. Friday. That led officials to close DeKalb Avenue from Moreland Avenue to the Candler Park MARTA station at the start of the Friday rush hour.
The break near DeKalb Avenue and Elmira Place was first reported shortly before 6 a.m. Thursday.
