The Real Housewives of D.C. didn’t really work out, but could Capitol Hill be the key to reality TV success?

The Washington Examiner cited sources Thursday as saying a “House of Cards” veteran is working up a reality show that features D.C. “up-and-comers,” including congressional staffers.

They said there has been a round of casting, and an email circulating around says producers are seeking the “best and brightest” on the Hill between the ages of 19 and 29.

The Examiner says one of the producers on the project worked on TLC’s “Breaking Amish.”
