GRENORA, N.D. (AP) - Residents of the northwestern North Dakota town of Grenora have rejected a $10 million school bond issue.
The Minot Daily News reports (https://bit.ly/1pcJ74c ) that 55 percent of the 195 voters on Tuesday favored the proposal, but 60 percent approval was needed for it to pass.
The measure would have funded construction or renovation of classrooms, locker rooms, gymnasiums and bathrooms.
