MUSCATINE, Iowa (AP) - Authorities say a 16-year-old boy is linked to a house fire earlier this month in Muscatine.
Court documents say the teen faces felony charges of arson and burglary in connection to the April 10 fire. More than a dozen firefighters responded to the blaze.
Investigators say the teen used gasoline to start the fire. A pregnant woman inside the home was able to escape and call 911.
The teen is being held at the Muscatine County Jail on a $250,000 cash-only bond. A preliminary hearing is set for April 25.
The Associated Press generally does not name juveniles charged with crimes.
