PICAYUNE, Miss. (AP) - A reward for information in the 2013 fatal shooting of Kema Dione Keys has been raised to $5,000 by Picayune police and the Pearl River County Crime Stoppers.
The previous reward was $1,000.
Picayune Police Chief Bryan Dawsey says the 38-year-old Keys was found slumped over in the passenger seat of a parked car on a city street in October of 2013. He died of multiple gunshot wounds.
The Picayune Item reports (https://bit.ly/1ktAT3d ) Keys was the son of Picayune Councilwoman Lynn Bogan Bumpers.
Dawsey says the Mississippi Bureau of Investigations has been assisting with the investigation.
