Police: 2 infants taken to hospital with injuries

FLINT, Mich. (AP) - Authorities say child abuse may be to blame for critical injuries to two infants taken to a hospital in Flint.

The Flint Journal reports (https://bit.ly/1jDT98S ) officers responded Saturday night to Hurley Medical Center after the children were brought to the hospital from a home.

Police got involved after the hospital contacted them because the injuries were possibly from child abuse.

Additional details, including the types of injuries involved, weren’t immediately released by police. The case is under investigation.
