CRESWELL, Ore. (AP) - Oregon State Police have received information there were four people on an Interstate 5 overpass about the time a cement block was dropped onto a car window.
Police are looking for the four - two on bicycles and two on skateboards - to determine if they are responsible for the incident about 4:30 a.m. Sunday about five miles south of Eugene.
The block crashed through the windshield and injured a 30-year-old woman passenger in the car. She was treated at a hospital and released. The driver was not injured.
