BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - The military says a change of command is set for a North Dakota National Guard unit.
Brig. Gen. David Anderson will step down as commander of the Guard’s Army Component Command on Sunday.
Col. Robert Fode will take over command of the unit, overseeing about 3,350 soldiers.
A retirement ceremony is slated for Anderson following the change of command.
