AVONDALE ESTATES, Ga. (AP) - DeKalb County fire officials say a woman and child were killed in a house fire over the weekend.
Authorities say the 43-year-old woman and her 10-year-old daughter were killed during a house fire in Avondale Estates - east of Decatur.
Fire officials say a man and a boy were also in the home and are being treated at Grady Memorial Hospital.
The cause of the fire is unclear, and the victims’ identities haven’t been released.
