BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Authorities say Dickinson man was killed and another could face charges of drunken driving after a tractor crash near New England, in southwest North Dakota.
The Bismarck Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/1lTpDNd) that 29-year-old Kyle Binstock was killed in the crash Friday morning.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says Binstock was thrown from the tractor after it left the road, hit a culvert and overturned. Binstock was pronounced dead at the scene.
Troopers say the tractor’s driver faces a Class A felony charge of causing death while operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
