RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - First Lady Ann McCrory is hosting military families for an Easter egg hunt on the front lawn of the executive mansion.

The egg hunt is scheduled for Saturday at 10 a.m. The governor’s military affairs adviser, Major General Cornell A. Wilson, USMC (Ret.), will help welcome the families.

Gov. Pat McCrory designated April as the “Month of the Military Child” to encourage the state to recognize the children of members of the Armed Forces for support of their parents and caregivers.
