VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) - The Clark County sheriff’s office says a Vancouver high school student who used his cellphone to take a photo up a teacher’s dress will not be charged.

Sgt. Sam Gardner told KATU (https://bit.ly/1iBfr85 ) prosecutors decided not to charge the Skyview High School student with voyeurism because he did it on a dare with no sexual motivation.

Vancouver Public Schools reported the incident on March 18 to the sheriff’s office. School district spokeswoman Pat Mattison says the district investigated the incident and appropriate discipline was imposed.
