RIVERTON, Wyo. (AP) - Three suspects charged after a Riverton man was beaten to death with a claw hammer have pleaded not guilty.

The Riverton Ranger reports (https://bit.ly/QfmVq5 ) 30-year-old Delight Estelle Sunrhodes and 29-year-old George Jr. Littlethunder III, both of Arapahoe, pleaded not guilty Thursday to second-degree murder in the March 7 death of Richard Longsoldier. The third defendant, 27-year-old Craig Brian C’Bearing, of Ethete, pleaded not guilty to being an accessory to second-degree murder.

Investigators say Sunrhodes and Littlethunder used the claw end of a framing hammer to bludgeon Longsoldier to death at his home in Riverton. C’Bearing allegedly started a fight with Longsoldier that the other two joined. He is accused of providing the hammer to Sunrhodes and Littlethunder.
