LATROBE, Pa. (AP) - State police have added an invasion of privacy charge against a western Pennsylvania man accused of video recording a woman through her window, and police say they’re investigating possible charges stemming from incidents involving six other women.
Fifty-six-year-old John Robert Miller Jr., of Greensburg, declined comment Monday after police added the charge onto those already accusing him of trespassing and loitering and prowling at night. Police originally charged Miller after a neighbor saw Miller peeping in the woman’s window with a cellphone and tackled him until police could arrive Jan. 16.
A hearing on those charges was continued for 60 days while police investigate the other incidents.
Among other things, police contend they’ve found photos of two other scantily clad women on Miller’s cellphone whom investigators have yet to identify.
