The Capitol Christmas Tree will wrap up its trek from Washington to Washington on Monday.
The 88-foot Engelmann spruce from the Colville National Forest in Washington State arrived in the nation’s capital after a cross-country trip and will grace the U.S. Capitol’s West Lawn during December.
It took a lengthy trip through the United States over the last month, cutting across the Southwest, Texas and Appalachian Mountains before making recent stops in Hagerstown, Md., and Allentown, Pa.
