Taxpayers in the U.K. have fronted the bill for a young wannabe model’s breast implants, who was supposedly so flat-chested that is caused her “emotional distress.”
Josie, 22, convinced doctors that her flat chest made her so mentally disturbed that she needed the $7,260 operation to be paid for in full by the country’s publicly funded heathcare system.
“My new boobs have changed my life, now I want to be the new Katie Price,” Josie, who now has a 36DD chest, told The Sun.
“My [general practitioner] referred me for the operation because I wasn’t just flat-chested — I didn’t have any boobs whatsoever,” she continued. “I could never go on holiday as I lived in terror of ever being seen in a bikini and could never set foot outside without a padded bra.”
“The doctors said they’d never seen anything like it and believed me when I burst into tears and told them it was ruining my life,” the former 32A told The Sun.
The aspiring model will leave her two young children from a previous relationship with her parents while she chases her modeling dream.
