A second man was charged in Southern California on Tuesday for stealing a piece of the Porsche in which “Fast & Furious” actor Paul Walker was killed.
Prosecutors said Anthony Janow, 25, and Jameson Witty, 18, stole a roof panel as the car was being towed, the Associated Press reported.
They were charged with felony grand theft of personal property and face up to 4½ years in jail if found guilty.
Mr. Janow surrendered himself to the San Fernando courthouse on Tuesday. He was booked and released on $60,000 bail. Mr. Witty also is free on bail.
Mr. Walker and driver Roger Rodas died Nov. 30 when their car crashed in the Los Angeles suburb of Santa Clarita.
