Prince George’s County police are investigating two sexual assaults that occurred this week, including an attack on a realtor and another attack on a woman inside her apartment.

A man wearing dark clothing, a ski mask and armed with an “unknown weapon” sexually assaulted a woman inside her Chillum apartment in the 400 block of Greenlawn Drive at around 6 a.m. Thursday, police said.

Police did not provide information on how the man got access to the woman’s apartment.

In a separate attack Wednesday in Suitland, police said a realtor was previewing a home and had entered the basement of the residence when a man grabbed her and sexually assaulted her. The woman fought back and the man fled, police said.

The attack occurred around 7:40 p.m. in the 2300 block of Dupont Avenue. Officials are asking anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity around that time to contact police.
