CLEVELAND (AP) — A 17-year-old has been indicted in Ohio in the school shooting deaths of three students and the wounding of three others.

The indictment was returned Tuesday in Geauga County, east of Cleveland, against T.J. Lane.

A judge ruled last month that the youth must be tried as an adult and could face life in prison if convicted.

The teen was indicted on three counts of aggravated murder, two counts of attempted aggravated murder and one count of felonious assault in the Feb. 27 attack at Chardon High School.

No motive has been established.
