BAGHDAD (AP) — A local health official said 15 Iraqis were killed and 40 wounded in a suicide bombing northeast of Baghdad that targeted a funeral of a Shiite tribal leader.

Faris al-Azzawi of the Diyala health directorate said the bomber detonated his explosives belt in a tent where mourners were gathered in Baqouba, a former Sunni insurgent stronghold 35 miles from the Iraqi capital.
