Each home in this Howard County community will include a brick water table, maintenance-free vinyl siding, professional landscaping, an asphalt driveway and a two-car garage. Brick fronts and three-car garages are optional.

Inside, all three models feature four to five bedrooms; 3½ or 4½ baths; hardwood flooring on the main level; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail molding; 42-inch raised-panel cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a luxury master bath with two vanities, a soaking tub and separate shower; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; low-E windows; an energy-efficient water heater; and a programmable thermostat.

The homes have 3,458 to 3,937 finished square feet, with base prices from $798,900 to $826,900. Homeowner association fees are $42 per month.

The Valencia model, with 3,937 square feet, is priced from $826,900. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the formal living room and dining room.

The main level also has a corner library, a powder room and a two-story family room. The kitchen opens to a breakfast area and has an adjacent laundry room and pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. The second bedroom has a private full bath, while the third and fourth bedrooms share a connecting bath with a double-sink vanity.

Options include finished lower levels, sunrooms, decks, room extensions, fireplaces, columns, bay windows and tray ceilings.
