“A better week than last for President Obama, when I rated him a D. Unemployment numbers went down to 8.2 percent, almost in what our polling at JZ Analytics has revealed to re-election territory. Mr. Obama leads his likely Republican challenger Mitt Romney by a few points nationwide and in key battleground states such as Virginia, Nevada, Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. His approval rating is back up to 48 percent, but still less than a third of voters feel the country is heading in the right direction. And the portrait of FDR in the White House should talk straight to the president and tell him that Americans have never really liked their head of government tough-talking the Supreme Court.”
