LETTER TO THE EDITOR: No thanks to Occupy Wall Street

OPINION:

Every time we’ve lost rights or had restrictions put upon us, it’s always been because some self-obsessed extremists abused the right well beyond reason (“N.Y. judge upholds ’Occupy’ dismantling,” Web, Tuesday).

So may our right to free speech go as a result of “occupier” crime, filth, confusion and self-pity. Mark my words, the cities are quietly going to take steps to ensure such disgraceful, degrading, disjointed and dangerous displays do not soil their towns again, and all of us will have become a little less free to express ourselves.
