SOUTH BEND, IND. (AP) - Notre Dame forward Carleton Scott will bypass his final year of eligibility with the Irish and remain in the NBA draft.

The 6-foot-8 Scott averaged 11.2 points and 7.4 rebounds last season when he started 29 times as the Irish went 27-7. They lost their second NCAA tournament game to Florida State.

Scott had career averages of 6.6 points and 4.8 rebounds per game and blocked 97 shots.
