Toll Brothers is building 49 single-family homes on sites of 3 or more acres at Shenstone Reserve in Leesburg, a short drive from the Washington & Old Dominion Trail, historic Leesburg and several shopping areas with restaurants.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick front porch, 6½-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, an asphalt driveway, and a two- or three-car garage. Brick, stone and stucco exteriors are optional.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms; 3½ or 4½ baths; hardwood flooring in the two-story foyer, kitchen, breakfast area, living room, dining room and study; oak stairs; 9-foot ceilings on the main and upper levels; crown, shadowbox and chair-rail molding; atrium glass doors to the back of the main level; a gas fireplace with a marble hearth; 42-inch cabinets with oversized crown molding, granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a security system; and dual-zone heating and air conditioning.

The homes have approximately 3,400 to 4,800 finished square feet, with base prices from $769,995 to $852,995. Homeowner association fees are $50 per month.

The Hampton model, with 4,800 square feet, is priced from $852,995. This home features a two-story foyer with a split staircase and columns framing the entrance to a two-story family room with windows on three sides.

The main level has a formal living room, a formal dining room, a powder room and a corner study. The breakfast area opens to the kitchen, which has an adjacent walk-in pantry, a laundry room and a mudroom.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, each with a private full bath, complete this level.

Options include sunrooms, bay windows, skylights, extra fireplaces and tray ceilings.
