Van Metre Homes is building 14 single-family homes on half-acre sites at Parkgrove in Broadlands, a planned community with swimming pools, tot lots, playgrounds, basketball courts, walking trails, a nature center and a community center, along with shops and restaurants.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick front, 6 1/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, an asphalt driveway and a three-car garage.

Inside, both models feature four bedrooms; 3 1/2 or 4 1/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, hall and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on all three levels; oak stairs; crown and chair-rail molding; a gas fireplace; 42-inch maple cabinets, granite counters, ceramic tile flooring and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; high-tech wiring; and dual-zone gas heat and air conditioning.

The homes have approximately 3,630 to 4,300 finished square feet, with base prices from $757,490 to $787,490. Homeowner association fees are $68 per month.

The Avery model, with 4,300 square feet, is priced from $787,490. This home features a two-story foyer with a split staircase accessible from the family room and the foyer.

The main level includes a formal living room, a formal dining room, a study, a morning room and the center-island kitchen with an adjacent family room. In addition, this level has a powder room and a mudroom.

Upstairs, the master suite has a coffered ceiling, a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Each of the three secondary bedrooms has a private full bath. A loft overlooking the foyer and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, extra bedrooms, a first-floor bedroom and bay windows.
