Miller & Smith is building 45 town homes at Autumn Walk at Emerson in Laurel. The community includes a clubhouse, two swimming pools, a tennis court, a volleyball court, a playground and miles of walking paths. The community is near Interstate 95, the Mall in Columbia and Columbia Crossing.

Each home in this Howard County community will include low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

The lower level has a recreation room, a storage room and a garage entrance. Buyers can add a study, a fireplace and a full or half bath to this level.

The main level features a front entertaining room with four windows, a powder room, a central kitchen with a breakfast bar and optional expanded island, and a great room.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a private bath. Two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.
