LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Obama is no sailor

OPINION:

You have compared President Obama’s spending policies to those of a drunken sailor (“Obama’s Third World America,” Comment & Analysis, Monday). This is a misrepresentation. I used to be a drunken sailor, and when I ran out of money, I quit spending.
