Decorative columns separate the living room from the formal dining room. Buyers can add a side solarium with walls of windows, a tray ceiling and entrances to the dining room and living room.
Across the back of this home are a two-story family room with an adjacent rear staircase to the upper and lower levels; a light-filled breakfast area and a center-island kitchen with a walk-in pantry.
