Ryland Homes is building 104 town-home-style condominiums at Summerfield at Mission Place in Jessup, a community with plans for a park with a picnic area and tot lot, and a retail center with restaurants, shops, a fitness center and a day care center to open next year.

Each home in this Howard County community will include low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping with a sodded front yard and a two-car garage. Brick fronts, bay windows, fireplaces, center-island kitchens and cathedral ceilings are optional.

Inside, both models feature three finished levels with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, oak cabinets and recessed lighting in the kitchen, raised six-panel interior doors, ceramic tile walls in the baths, low-E windows, an energy-efficiency package, and gas heat and hot water.

The Wyngate and Woodfield model homes have approximately 2,040 finished square feet, with base prices from $299,990. Condominium association fees are $137 per month.

Both models have an entrance into the finished lower level, which features a utility and laundry room, a storage closet and a two-car garage. The Wyngate model has a bedroom on this level, while the Woodfield has a den.

On the main level, the Wyngate model has an open living and dining room at the front of the home, with a powder room nearby. An open family room, breakfast area and kitchen are at the back.

The Woodfield model’s first floor has a separate living room, a formal dining room and a country kitchen at the back, with a powder room nearby.

Upstairs in both models, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a private bath with a double-sink vanity and a combination tub and shower. Buyers can add a luxury bath with a separate shower and soaking tub. Two more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level.
