BALTIMORE (AP) — Twenty-two people have been indicted on federal drug charges for allegedly dealing cocaine, crack cocaine and heroin from the Gilmor Homes, a sprawling public housing complex in west Baltimore.

Federal prosecutors say 15 of the 22 suspects are in custody. Twelve were arrested Thursday and ordered detained pending hearings next week, while three were already in state custody on unrelated charges. Seven remain at large.

The defendants include 19 men and three women, as well as a father and son — 46-year-old Dione Fauntleroy Sr. and 26-year-old Dione Fauntleroy. The younger Fauntleroy faces a possible life sentence for possession of a gun in furtherance of drug trafficking. He’s the only defendant who faces a gun charge.
