SAN FRANCISCO | Chris Tillman has been relegated to the Baltimore bullpen after four starts for the Orioles. Tillman allowed six runs in two innings against the Giants on Monday night. He’s 0-3 in four starts with an 8.40 ERA this season and has twice failed to complete more than two innings. He has seven strikeouts and eight walks in 15 innings total. The Orioles have three off days over the next two weeks and won’t need a fifth starter before beginning a stretch of 13 consecutive games heading into the All-Star break.
