LOS ANGELES (AP) - It wasn’t a happy hour for Annie Whittington on “Big Brother.”
The 27-year-old bartender from Tampa, Fla., was revealed to viewers Thursday as the 12th season’s saboteur and was then unanimously evicted from the voyeuristic CBS reality competition. .
The contestants, who were unaware she was the mole, chose to keep 26-year-old cocktail waitress Rachel Reilly from Las Vegas instead of Whittington.
Producers originally planted Whittington among the houseguests to disrupt the players’ lives. Whittington was not eligible to win the $500,000 grand prize, but would have earned $50,000 if she survived until the halfway point in the competition.
Locking the food storage room and hiding a beeping device in the house were among her pranks.
