Will Israel or the U.S. strike Iran first?

OPINION:

After the WikiLeaks publication of secret documents stating that Arab leaders are afraid of Iran, what will prevent the United States from taking serious action against that country?

Will Israel have to take on the burden of performing such a giant work to protect itself and also the United States?
