Van Metre is building 52 town homes at City Towns at the Overlook in Brambleton, located within walking distance of movies, restaurants and shops.

The planned community of Brambleton in Loudoun County includes swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, tot lots and walking trails. A one-year sport and health club membership is included for buyers.

Each town home includes a brick-and-siding front, 5-inch beaded vinyl siding, a fenced yard with a sodded lawn and a gate, an asphalt driveway, and a one- or two-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature three finished levels; three bedrooms; 2½ baths; ceramic tile flooring in the foyer, powder room and master bath; 9-foot ceilings on the first and second levels; crown molding; a gas fireplace; 42-inch flat-panel maple cabinets in the center-island kitchen; a high-tech wiring system; and gas heat.

The homes have 2,024 to 2,217 finished square feet, with base prices from $349,990 to $374,990. Homeowner association fees are $176 per month.

The Gramercy model, with 2,217 square feet, is priced from $359,990. This home has a lower-level entrance into a foyer with a closet and a door to the one-car garage. The lower level also has a recreation room with a fireplace and an optional wet bar and built-ins. An unfinished storage room completes this level.

The main level has an open living room and dining room, a powder room and an open kitchen, family room and breakfast area with a bay window.

Upstairs, the master suite has a sitting area, a walk-in closet, a standard closet and a private bath. Two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.
