THE ALLEGATIONS: Authorities are investigating allegations that three executives of Hewlett-Packard Co., at least two of whom no longer work for the company, used bribes to win a contract with the Russian prosecutors’ office.

THE LATEST DEVELOPMENT: The Wall Street Journal says the U.S. Justice Department has asked HP to hand over internal documents to German prosecutors.

HP RESPONSE: The company says it is cooperating with all authorities.
