GSI Commerce hires new chief technology officer

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA. (AP) - Retail website operator GSI Commerce said Wednesday that it has hired a new chief technology officer.

The company said Scott Proctor will also be head of quality for its global marketing services division.

Proctor was previously an executive at Integrated Services.
