Tonight at 9, a gaggle of Georgetown University students will take over the State Theatre (220 N. Washington St., Falls Church) for the 33rd annual Georgetown Cabaret, a rock concert of sorts that stars collegiate performers and raises money for the D.C. Schools Project.
