Greatest accomplishment in the past 12 months: I changed brokers.
What is your area of specialty? Residential waterfront/water view/water-oriented properties
Highest-priced home sold: $964,000
Most memorable house: It was a waterfront boathouse converted into a charming home on pilings. It was grandfathered in as a residential home, but no lender would grant a mortgage on it because it was not on land. The seller ended up holding the mortgage when it sold.
Worst experience: It was a lovely home, but a nasty divorce. Over and over Mr. Seller had hallucinations of bugs crawling all over him and being everywhere in the house. I would go there, and, of course, there were no bugs. It was a very strange experience, but the house sold.
