In this April 18, 2013 file photo, a golden eagle is seen flying over a wind turbine on Duke energy's top of the world wind farm in Converse County Wyo. A wind-energy company is suing in federal court to block the government from releasing information to The Associated Press about how many birds are found dead at its facilities. The AP sought the information from the Interior Department in March 2013 under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act. It is part of the AP’s investigation into bird deaths at wind farms. Wind energy companies objected, including Pacificorp of Portland, Oregon. They said the information was confidential, submitted voluntarily and should not be revealed. (AP Photo/Dina Cappiello, File)
