Ben Kinsey waves a flag from an I-20 overpass, Thursday, Sept. 11, 2014, in North Augusta, South Carolina. Kinsey is a 14-year veteran of the USMC, USArmy and Georgia National Guard who felt compelled to stand in the heat and wave his flag after attending a 9/11 ceremony last year. This is the second year he has paid tribute to the first responders that gave their lives on 9/11/01 and wants to remind everyone of their sacrifices. He said it's easy tell when a veteran drives by, they give the flag a fast salute as they speed by. (AP Photo/The Augusta Chronicle, Todd Bennett)
