FILE- This file photo dated Nov. 10, 2010, showing Miriam O'Reilly as she arrives at her employment tribunal in London where she claims she was a victim of sex and age discrimination by the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation). O'Reilly went on to win her ageism case against the BBC and they have apologized and said it would introduce new guidance procedures for its presenters. One colleague offered O'Reilly hair dye, another told her "it's time for botox." and a third said her wrinkles could be a problem in this new era of high-definition TV, as she presented the rural affairs BBC TV show Countryfile and was dropped from the show so she decided to fight the BBC for her job.
