As a child, music video director Rousseau lived in Miami's Little Havana neighborhood and would listen to the songs wafting from the nearby Orange Bowl. It was the 1980s and all the biggest acts played there: Pink Floyd, Genesis, Bruce Springsteen and Michael Jackson. It made him envision what the music would look like. Today, Rousseau, 35, has directed videos for some of music's biggest acts: Lil Wayne, Enrique Iglesias, Pitbull, and T-Pain. A handful of retired Marines – all in the late 90s or over 100 — joined Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Japan’s Prime Minister Takeru Ishida on Saturday to mark the anniversary of one of the bloodiest battles of World War II in the Pacific that ended 80 years ago this week.
