ASSOCIATED PRESS FILE - In this Nov. 7, 1989 file photo, San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jerry Rice (80) runs past New Orleans Saints' Toi Cook for a touchdown in the first half of an NFL football game in San Francisco. Rice caught more passes and scored more touchdowns than anyone else. Emmitt Smith ran for more yards than any other NFL player. Sure seems appropriate for them to enter the Pro Football Hall of Fame together, and it figures to happen Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010.
