Noomah, whose lesson was created to teach kids about Veterans Day and about using primary sources in research, had the students and adults take breaks by getting up and dancing. Lloyd was visiting Alaska from D.C. and came to Homer when she heard Noomah would be presenting his lesson, which is based on a collection from the Veterans History Project.
