In this undated sketch drawn by the Thurston County Sheriff's Dept. and provided by attorney Lenell Nussbaum, the first rendering of a suspect in the 2010 shooting in Long Beach, Wash. of Scott Johnson, who was a Washington state trooper at the time, is shown. A second sketch was later drawn and both were used in the trial of Martin Jones, who was convicted and is now serving a 50-year sentence. Nussbaum is seeking a new trial, saying another man confessed to the shooting and that the trooper, who is now Sheriff of Pacific County, deliberately misidentified him. (Lenell Nussbaum/via AP)
