In this undated photo provided by the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is Charles Rodrick, who is charged in Arizona with fraud and other charges in what prosecutors say was a harassment scheme to get payments from sex offenders in exchange for removing their names from a website he owned. Prosecutors say Rodrick and two other people received money for removing the names from Rodrick's site but failed to do so or republished the victims' profiles on other sites owned by Rodrick. At a court hearing Wednesday, April 7, 2021, Rodrick said authorities tried unsuccessfully to make a criminal case against him several years ago. (Maricopa County Sheriff's Office via AP)
