FILE - This Nov. 12, 2017 file photo shows New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees (9) playing during the second half of an NFL football game against the Buffalo Bills in Orchard Park, N.Y. Brees is averaging fewer yards per game passing than at any point in his 11-plus seasons with New Orleans. Yet he has been pleased about the way he’s connected with his receivers during New Orleans’ seven-game winning streak. Overshadowed by dramatic improvements in the Saints' running game and defense is the fact that the 38-year-old Brees has been as efficient as ever. His completion percentage of 71.7 puts him on pace to set an NFL record. (AP Photo/Jeffrey T. Barnes, file)
