This photo taken from video released by telegram channel Navalny's team on Thursday, Dec. 7, 2023, shows as a person points a smartphone at a billboard with the words Happy New Year and the QR code in St. Petersburg, Russia. The Anti-Corruption Foundation, which was set up by jailed opposition leader Alexey Navalny, took out billboards in Moscow, St Petersburg and other cities which wished Russians a Happy New Year. But the website on the posters and the QR code led to a website with their campaign against the president called 'Russia without Putin,' in which the group call on Russians to vote against him in the March 17 election.
